Takeaway awards
Chalet Robinson (Brussels) / 2024
We created several eye-catchers for the annual
Takeaway.com Awards event in Chalet Robinson in Brussels, including a welcoming
entrance piece and a display case to showcase the new packaging and
goodies for the new year.
Also the stage was dressed up with some eye-catchers and we made several interactive pieces that were used in the networking
sessions.
On top, we made sure that most pieces were created for easy transport, quick setup and reusable for future events.
Display case
To introduce the new goodies and packaging for 2024, we created a display case with 3 compartments to present the new packaging and 1 larger one for clothing and bike helmets.
The complete contruction had to fit trough a standard door , and needed to be easily transportable onto the boats going to the restaurant.
In the smaller openings, 3 new packages were displayed, including ones for burgers and a new Takeaway carrier bag.
On the clothing rack, the new t-shirts and bike helmets were presented.
Networking and stage pieces
Based on the logo of Takaway this centerpiece for the stage was made out of cardboard.
For the interactive networking event we created pillars with businessfact and fun facts about TakeAway.com
Buildup and preparation
Chalet Robinson is situated on an island in the middle of Bois de la Cambre in Brussels. Getting our constructions to the venue was done by raft because there is no possiblity to access the venue by truck.
The way we needed to transport the pieces was also calculated when we designed them , so we could easily handle them on and off the boats and the water , and into the venue.
Building up all the pieces was done in 4 hours. Breakdown in 2.5 h.
