Fespa exhibition booth
RAI Amsterdam
The material producer Re-board challenged us to create a concept for their FESPA 2021 exhibition booth.
The vision of Re-board has always been to “lead the sustainability revolution with premium, light-weight creative paper boards”, and they asked us to show the unique material properties: Exhibiting that you can construct on a large scale, with intricate details, and replace conventional wood structures while still making a statement.
FESPA
is a global federation of digital printing and finishing for visual
communication. The exhibition was held at RAI Amsterdam, and we liked
the idea of using the Amsterdam skyline as a theme, with all its iconic colorful houses.
Windmill
This tradeshow and location we thought was a perfect way to showcase what you can do with 100%
paper-based material.
As a
standout feature and eye-catcher for the booth we added a
4 meter high windmill to showcase the unique material's
strength for construction.
Meeting room
We went all out in creating a meeting room entirely out of cardboard for Re-Board to have meetings with their customers.
Amidst the hustle and bustle of a busy and noisy exhibition hall, we designed a little oasis where you can chat with customers without being drowned out by the noise. Also for that purpose cardboard is a perfect sound insulator.
We didn't stop at just the walls
either - our small storage space, roof, and even the furniture were all
crafted from Re-board cardboard material.
